This ring was the one Elvis wore the longest in his lifetime.
It's a so-called pinky ring, worn on the little finger.
In terms of time, it can be confirmed in numerous photos and footage from his appearance on the Milton Berle Show on June 5, 1956, until 1961.
Perhaps because it was one of Elvis's absolute favorite rings, photos exist from the mid-1960s and 1970s showing him putting it on Priscilla's left ring finger.
Elvis wore many rings, but no other ring was worn for such a long continuous period.
I've been in the Elvis industry for 30 years, and while I've always wanted to create this ring, I never managed to do so.
The reason is that the actual ring no longer exists, and there are almost no photographs where it is in sharp focus.
Its complex design meant it looked different in each photo, making its shape impossible to determine. This uncertainty prevented me from deciding to create it until now.
This time, working with J.C. Planning, we commissioned a specialized image analysis firm to determine the shape from multiple photographs. We then meticulously adjusted the design to account for differences in how the balance appears between photographs and the actual three-dimensional object.
And finally, the sample is complete.
Every detail has been perfectly reproduced.
The three large stones feature black sapphires, popular in the 1950s.
The four stones arranged vertically are white sapphires.
The stone settings and bezels replicate the triangular-tipped style popular in the 1950s.
